We got involved in 250 Superkarts in the beginning of June '05 when Pierre was invited to drive a 250 superkart in the 2005 Kyalami round of the local Superkart championship.

Hrumpfff. Couldn’t get my head straight, had no rhythm to speak of and my lap times were as erratic as peace in the Middle East, so I qualified way off pace in 8th spot. more

Despite my best efforts I wasn’t able to have the new karts ready in time for the opening round of the 2007 season. I’ve been fortunate to be at race tracks just about every weekend this year, testing race Porsches for Mario and whatnot, but that’s another story. Well, it looks like we're in for a great season. We were getting ready to build a new kart for the '06 season, but Veron Pappas landed a drive in the Wesbank V8 Challenge this year. That means he won't be racing Superkarts this year. One thing lead to another and his '03 & '04 championship winning kart now belongs to us. more
